To get started with sublimation printing, you'll need a specific set of supplies and equipment tailored to the process. Here’s a comprehensive list:

Sublimation Ink: Special ink that turns into gas when heated and binds to polyester or polymer-coated substrates. These inks are essential for the sublimation process.
Sublimation Paper: A special type of paper designed to hold and release the sublimation ink onto the substrate. It’s different from regular printing paper as it’s coated to transfer the ink efficiently.
Polyester or Polymer-Coated Substrates: Sublimation printing works best on polyester fabrics or materials coated with a polymer. These can range from t-shirts and apparel to mugs, plates, and other promotional items.
